Meditation in motion
Tandava is a meditative dance that originated in ancient Kashmir. The first phase of this tantra meditation begins with an introductory guided meditation in a seated posture. Awareness of the breath. Allowing yourself to be in touch with the breath. In every breath, you breath in life. At every exhalation you may let go, from moment to moment giving space-to that which spontaneously comes into motion.
Time and time again, you may surrender to the flow of breath and awareness. Open and receptive, aimlessly in a flowing dance, allowing body and mind to become one.
